Order Processing And Delivery Expectation
Our customer service department is open from 8 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday. We normally process and ship orders within two business days of receipt. Orders received after 2 pm, on holidays, or weekends are entered on the next business day. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, a customer service representative will contact you.
NOTE: orders are processed and shipped only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

NOTE: Your order will arrive based on the processing time plus the transit time. For example, if your processing time is 2 business days and transit time is 5 business days, you should expect delivery in 7 business days.
We ship via Fed Ex ground. The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. Transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Shipping Restrictions:
We ship orders within the Continental United States with the exception of New York and Massachusetts due to state regulations. In New York, defense sprays must be purchased from a licensed gun dealer or pharmacist. In Massachusetts you must present a valid FID card to purchase a defense spray.
Tracking Your Shipment:
At this time automated tracking numbers are not available through our website and your orders status will be shown as PROCESSING. If the estimated processing and transit time has elapsed and you have not received your package, please contact our customer service department at 877-450-8272.
Returns:
Returns Policy Yoursafeside.com will gladly refund your purchase for any defective or unsatisfactory merchandise returned within 20 days of delivery date.Non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and will be inspected promptly upon receipt to ensure the products have not been broken or otherwise rendered unsellable. Refunds will not be issued for returns that are incomplete or otherwise damaged by the customer. Please do not send returns to our corporate mailing address. You will be supplied a return-specific address upon completing the returns procedure below. Returns Restrictions:
1. In the Subject of your Email: "RMA Inquiry for Order #_____" (insert the last four digits of your order#)
2. In the Body of your Email: Explain the reason for your exchange or return.
3. Once this information is received, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and return shipping address will be provided to you via email.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns received without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
